Incorporating relaxation, Swedish and myofascial techniques with added pressure. Working on a deeper layer of muscle and connective tissue. Trigger point therapy is also used to release knots or adhesions. When applicable, stretching is incorporated.

Detoxification is the first step on the path to regulating the rest of the body. This natural process rids the body of toxic elements. The feet are a primary source of detoxification because there are thousands of pores and sweat glands located on the soles of the feet.

During your session, a tub equipped with an array is filled with water, and salt is added (to increase conductivity). A gentle electrical current is produced, facilitating the current to travel through the body. The current acts as a catalyst to the body’s natural detoxifying systems.

Throughout the 30-minute session, the color of the foot bath will change due to oxidation of the array and reactions in the water. The color may indicate which organs of the body are detoxing.
